Tile Set Alignment

User Story
As a site editor, I would like an option for vertically centered icons and text in a tile for more design flexibility when using the tile set paragraph bundle.
Summary
Add additional alignment options to Tile Set to include vertically centered placements for icon and text.
This is an enhancement of the Tile Set element.
